smile, and complete enthusiasm.

I cannot fully acknowledge the extent and breadth of all that Linda has done for us.  She wore so many different hats!  Far from simply showing us homes or providing detailed market intelligence; Linda drafted and edited documents and emails; informed our bidding and negotiating strategy; acted as a therapist of sorts at several points of stress when the deal might have fallen apart; stepped in multiple times to advocate for creative solutions; agreed to a reduction in commission when the seller insisted on it; researched how to appropriately ensure unconventional requests
could be properly addressed; the list goes on and on.

I have a tremendous appreciation for the highest level of professional excellence and expertise.  Linda possesses it in spades!  When others spout off nonsense or dig in about something factually incorrect, Linda instead takes the time and energy, and brings exceptional resourcefulness to figure it out or find an expert who actually knows.
